How do I track my order?

Go to My Orders in your account. Every order has a status tracker: Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number with a link to the carrier's tracking page. We also send email updates at each stage.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Canada takes 5-10 business days. US orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days. International shipping varies by destination — generally 10-21 business days. Pre-orders have their own timeline shown on the product page. Express shipping is available at checkout where supported.

Do you ship internationally? What about customs?

Yes. We ship to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country — these are not included in our prices and are your responsibility. We declare accurate values on customs forms. Some items (especially large figures) may have shipping restrictions to certain countries.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order anytime before it ships. Go to My Orders, find the order, and hit Cancel. If it's already shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return. Pre-orders can be cancelled up until the seller confirms the order for shipment.

What's your return and refund policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted for marketplace purchases. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we confirm the return. For detailed terms, see our Refund Policy.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

Take photos of the damage immediately — both the packaging and the item. Go to My Orders, find the order, and open a claim. Upload your photos and describe the issue. We review claims within 48 hours. If the damage is confirmed, you'll get a full refund or a replacement depending on availability. Don't throw away the packaging until the claim is resolved.
