Fee structure

Listing is free. You only pay when your item sells. Our commission is 10% of the sale price — that's it. No listing fees, no hidden charges, no mandatory advertising programs.

Where the 10% goes

• ~3% — Stripe payment processing fees
• ~2-3% — Chargeback protection and fraud prevention
• ~4-5% — Platform operation, dispute resolution, buyer protection fund

How we compare

• Etsy — 6.5% transaction fee + 3% payment processing + $0.20 listing fee + mandatory 12-15% offsite ads for large sellers = up to 25% total
• Poshmark — flat 20% on sales over $15
• StockX — 8-9.5% transaction + 3% processing = 11-12.5% total
• Mercari — 10% flat (same as us)
• Vinted — 0% seller fee (buyers pay 5% + $0.70 protection fee)
• Our 10% all-in is competitive with the best and simpler than most

Multi-currency support

Sellers can list in JPY, USD, or CAD. Buyers see prices converted to their local currency at checkout. Currency conversion is handled by Stripe at market rates. The conversion spread (~2%) is absorbed by the buyer as part of the displayed price — no surprise fees at checkout.

Getting your money

Payouts go to your bank account via Stripe Connect. Here's the timeline:

• Sale confirmed → seller ships within 3 days
• Buyer receives and inspects → 48-hour claim window
• No claim filed → funds released to your Stripe balance
• Stripe → your bank account: 2-4 business days
• Total timeline: typically 7-14 days from sale to bank deposit
