Community Guidelines

You need an account in good standing to participate in communities. Moderators have the authority to restrict membership to their community based on their own rules, as long as those rules don't violate platform policy.

• Text posts, images, links, polls, quizzes — all must be relevant to the community's focus
• Fan art, collection photos, reviews, discussions, memes
• AI-generated content must be tagged as such
• Cross-posting is allowed but spam is not

• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
• Child sexual abuse material in any form
• Spam, malware, or phishing links
• Doxxing or sharing private information
• Impersonation of other users or staff
• Unauthorized advertising
• Copyright-infringing content

• Only allowed in communities explicitly designated as NSFW
• Content sexualizing minors is banned everywhere, no exceptions
• NSFW communities require age verification (18+)
• Posting NSFW content outside designated communities = instant removal

• You must own the content or have rights to share it
• No intellectual property infringement
• By uploading, you grant the platform a license to display your content
• Fan works are posted at your own risk regarding third-party IP
• Size and format limits are enforced

• Photos must depict items you actually own
• No misrepresentation of your collection
• No official/stock photos passed off as your own
• Authentication badges are informational, not legal guarantees

• Contributions to the product catalog become platform property
• Data must be factually accurate
• Moderators may edit or reject contributions
• Edit wars are prohibited — discuss disagreements civilly
• No verbatim copying from copyrighted sources

• Moderators can remove content, mute or ban members, set rules, and manage filters
• All moderation actions are logged in an audit trail
• Escalation to TFM staff is available for disputes
• Moderators are bound by the same guidelines as everyone else

Use the built-in flag system to report violations. Reports are reviewed by moderators first, then escalated to staff if needed. Filing false reports is itself a violation.

• Automated XP farming is prohibited
• Alt accounts for reward farming are banned
• Coordinated manipulation of votes or engagement is prohibited
• Exploiting bugs in the gamification system results in reward removal and account action

• Same content rules apply as in public communities
• Unsolicited commercial messages are prohibited
• Harassment through DMs is treated the same as public harassment

Violations result in escalating consequences:

• Content removal
• Temporary comment muting
• Community ban
• Platform suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Gamification reward removal
• Law enforcement referral where warranted
