Flat rate. Fast. From Montreal to your door.

Overview

We ship from our Montreal warehouse to Canada and the United States. All orders include tracking. We pick and pack within 1-2 business days.

Shipping rates

  • Canada — $4.99 CAD flat rate
  • United States — $6.99 USD flat rate
  • Orders over $49 CAD (or $39 USD) — free shipping
  • One flat rate per order regardless of how many items you add

Carriers

We use Canada Post, UPS, and other trusted carriers depending on destination and package size. We choose the best option for speed and reliability — not the cheapest. Carrier requests are not accommodated.

Delivery timeframes

  • Canada — 3 to 10 business days
  • United States — 5 to 14 business days
  • Pre-orders have their own timeline shown on the product page
  • If your order hasn't arrived after 21 days, contact us and we'll investigate

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check your order status in your account.

Signature on delivery

Signature confirmation is required where available — especially for high-value items. This protects both of us from delivery disputes. Make sure someone is available to sign.

Customs and duties (US orders)

Most US orders clear customs without issues. If duties or taxes are charged by US customs, they are your responsibility. We declare accurate values on all customs forms — no under-declaring.

Damage, loss, or theft

If something goes wrong during shipping:

  • Damaged — contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging
  • Lost — contact us if your tracking shows no update for 14+ days
  • Stolen — we may require a police report depending on the situation
  • We handle the carrier claim process for you and keep you updated

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other situations beyond our control. If you know your area is experiencing disruptions, keep that in mind before ordering.

Where we don't ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. If your address is in a restricted area, we'll let you know at checkout. International shipping beyond NA is coming soon.

Repeated incidents

We track claims per address. Two separate damage, loss, or theft claims at the same address results in a permanent ban for that address.

Fraud prevention

Addresses with a pattern of shipping incidents will be permanently blocked. Associated accounts may be terminated. This policy exists to keep shipping costs low for everyone.
